Sr. Manager/Manager (Product & Process Engineering)

 Requirement:

1.University Degree and above in Micro-electronics/Semiconductor/EE with 5 years above experience with excellent semiconductor background in IC test engineering management role.

2.Solid technical background in Logical, Analog or Mix-Signal IC test theory & IC packing process know-how.

3.Good at data analysis and computer literature.

4.Good at test engineering management system set up and continuous improvement.

5.Proficient communication in both English and Mandarin.

6.A self-motivated team player.

7.Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively to meet time requirements.

 Responsibility:

1.Lead/supervise product & process engineering team to fulfill all test engineering activities in timely basis.

2.Responsible for transfers of new products/new processes/into production.

3.Prioritize multiple activities and make effective decisions in a high stressed manufacturing workplace, using sound problem solving and statistical process control methods.

4.Definition and realisation of break through & continuous improvement programs such as yield & productivity improvement and quality control.

5.Local and global communication to include documentation, supporting, negotiating, presentation, and team contribution.

6.Cooperate and communicate closely with customer on technical requirement & support and develop close relationship as well.

Sr. Manager/Manager (Equipment Engineering)

 Requirement:

1.University Degree and above in Mechanics, Electronics, Computer Science or related EE with 5 years above experience with excellent semiconductor background in IC test equipment management role.

2.Solid technical background in test system, test handler and T&R machine maintenance.

3.Good at data analysis and computer literature.

4.Good at test equipment engineering management system set up and continuous improvement.

5.Proficient communication in both English and Mandarin.

7.Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively to meet time requirements.

 Responsibility:

1.Lead/supervise equipment engineering team to fulfill all test engineering activities in timely basis.

2.Responsible for the transferred/new equipment set up, buyoff and production release.

Manager/Assistant Manager (Production)

 Requirement:

1.University/ Technical College Degree in Engineering, Material Science or equivalent with 3 years above Production management role in the relevant industry (preferred with IC test production management background).

2.Sufficient experience in quality management systems such as ISO9001 

3.Good at data analysis and computer literature.

4.Proficient communication in both English and Mandarin.

5.High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style, able to lead and motivate people.

6.Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively to meet time requirements.

 Responsibility:

1.Lead/supervise production team to fulfill all Production related activities in timely basis.

2.Responsible for the daily routine management on Final Test Production, T&R and packing, and production line maintenance.

3.Focus on line discipline to ensure the control on process conformance, product quality & delivery in a high stressed manufacturing workplace.

4.Shopfloor management on material inventory, material handling/process cycle time, flexible workforce deployment and capacity allocation according to the loading plan, product delivery with commitment, 5S promotion & control and other production related duties.   

5.Definition and realisation of break through & continuous improvement programs such as equipment down time reduction, productivity improvement and quality control.

Assistant Manager/Supervisor (Production Control)

 Requirement:

1.Technical College Degree and above in BA, Material Science or equivalent with 3 years above Production Control & Planning management role in the relevant industry (preferred with semiconductor Production Control management background).

2.Good at data analysis and computer literature.

3.Good at communication in both English and Mandarin.

4.A self-motivated team player.

5.Self-motivated and able to work independently and effectively to meet time requirements.

 Responsibility:

1.Lead/supervise production Control team to fulfill all Production Planning related activities in timely basis.

2.Responsible for the daily routine management on material planning, capacity planning, delivery commitment planning, production line schedule in, and head count analysis.

3.Responsible for measurable manufacturing performance indictors set up, monitoring & push continuous improvement.

4.Definition and realisation of break through & continuous improvement programs such as production line Utilization, OEE & Cost & productivity improvement.

5.Mid & long term capacity & head count planning according to the respective loading forecast.

6.Local & global Communication to include documentation, supporting, negotiating, presentation, and team contribution.

7.Organize and provide proper resource support to the subordinates for the fulfillment of assigned tasks if it is necessary.

8.Coordinate with other department on the functions.

9.To maintain a through knowledge of and adherence to company policies and procedure.

Sr. Engineer/Engineer (Test)

 Requirement:

1.University Degree in Micro-electronics/Semiconductor/EE with 3 years above experience with excellent semiconductor background, especially in Device Characterization, qualification, reliability analysis and production.

2.Good skill and hands on experience of Logical, Analog or Mix-Signal IC testing.

3.Good skill and hands on experience of Credence Vista/DUO, HP94xx, Teradyne J750/A5xx/A360, LTX TS80/88, Eagle 300/364, TMT ASL-1000, SZ M3650, Schlumbeger S10/S21, Nextest Maverick VT/PT/GT, EPRO-142AX or Megatest Q2/62 and etc. tester platform program debugging is preferred.

4.Good at data analysis and computer literature.

5.Basic knowledge on the various test handler operation.

6.Good communication skill in both English & Mandarin.

7.Project Management skill is preferred.

 Responsibility:

1.Lead new IC test related project or product introducing in starting from correlation/qualification to production release.

2.Create all related documentations for production release readiness.

3.Work together with Customers to perform production sustaining, yield improvement and test time reduction.

4.Work together with Customers to perform test process control optimization for continuous productivity improvement & quality control.

5.Support customer return analysis, customer applications service and customized report.

6.Conduct On-the-Job Training to more junior colleagues for their skill up as per requested.

7.Performs all tasks and responsibilities of own duties to be referred to as a specialist or expert.

8.Perform any other duties as assigned or required by immediate supervisor.

 Requirement:

2.Good skill and hands on experience of tester or handler operation troubleshooting.

3.Good skill and hands on experience of Credence Vista/Duo, HP94xx, Teradyne J750/A5xx/A360, LTX TS/80/88, Eagle 300/364, Nextest Maverick VT/PT/GT, EPRO-142AX or Megatest Q2/62 and etc. tester platform maintenance is preferred.

4.Or good skill and hands on experience of MCT36xx/5100, SESSCO, RASCO SO-1000, Multitest 93xx, TESEC 8710/9200, Kuwano LT-930, ASM Matrix, AAT TS100/200, Symtek 3xx, ASECO S130/150, or Aetrium 3300/5500 and etc. test handler maintenance is preferred.

5.Good at data analysis and computer literature.

7.Project Management skill is preferred.

3.Good skill and hands on experience of STI TR18/AT28/128, VisDynamics G6, MicroVision 851/852, or RVSI LS3700/7700 T&R and LSI machine maintenance is preferred.

4.Good at data analysis and computer literature.

5.Good communication skill in both English & Mandarin.

6.Project Management skill is preferred.

1.Test equipment set up, equipment up time performance sustaining and continuous improvement.
