Mr. SONG Lin
(Executive Director & Chairman, aged 45)
Mr. SONG Lin is an Executive Director and Chairman of the Company. Mr. SONG is concurrently Chairman and President of China Resources (Holdings) Company Limited (¡°China Resources Holdings¡±) and China Resources National Corporation. He is also the Chairman of China Resources Enterprise, Limited, China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited as well as China Resources Land Limited, the shares of all of which are listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the ¡°Stock Exchange¡±) and also subsidiaries of China Resources Holdings. Mr. SONG is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited and The Bank of East Asia (China) Limited. He is also the Deputy Chairman of China Vanke Co., Ltd., which is a listed company in China. Mr. SONG has extensive experience in corporate management and is currently responsible for the overall business development and strategic planning of the China Resources group¡¯s business. Mr. SONG holds a Bachelor¡¯s degree in Solid Mechanics from the University of Tong Ji in Shanghai, China. He joined China Resources Holdings in 1985.

Dr. Peter CHEN Cheng-yu is an Executive Director and Vice Chairman of the Company. He is a former Executive Director of China Resources Logic Limited (¡°CR Logic¡±). Dr. CHEN graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1965 from the National Taiwan University. He was awarded a Doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering by Cornell University in 1971. Dr. CHEN was the founder and the former Chairman of Mosel and Mosel-Vitelic Inc. He was also the founder of Crosslink Technology Partners and the former Chairman of the board of directors of Above Net. Dr. CHEN has over 31 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. He founded CSMC Technologies Corporation (¡°CSMC¡±), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which is engaged in foundry business and has led its management team since then.

Mr. WANG Guoping is an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. WANG was a former Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of CR Logic. Mr. WANG has extensive experience in semiconductor research & development and production management. He is also well versed in managing operation of manufacturing bipolar integrated circuits and discrete devices, testing & packaging. Mr. WANG obtained a Master Degree in Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology, Chengdu, the PRC.

Mr. Frank LAI Ni Hium is an Executive Director of the Company. He is also the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Qualified Accountant of the Company. Mr. LAI graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1982 with a Bachelor degree in Commerce. He was awarded a graduate diploma in Business and Administration from the Curtin University of Technology of Western Australia in 1988. He is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. Before he joined the Company in May 2000, Mr. LAI served as the chief executive officer of Logic International Ltd. and the chief financial officer in Eagle Brand Holdings Ltd. listed in Singapore. He is also a member of the advisory board of Business Week Asia CFO Forum.

Mr. YU Yu is a Deputy General Manager of the Company with overall responsibilities for the Company¡¯s Human Resources & Operation. Mr. Yu joined China Resources Logic Limited in December 2001 as Vice President of Business Development. Mr. YU was appointed as an Executive Director of CR-Logic on 28th May, 2002. On 22nd August, 2006, he relinquished Executive Directorship of CR-Logic and was appointed as Executive Vice President of CR-Logic. He has more than 10 years experience in direct investment and project management. Mr. Yu obtained a Master Degree in Engineering and a Master Degree in Business Administration.

Dr. CHEN Nan-xiang is a Deputy General Manager of the Company with overall responsibilities for the Company¡¯s Business Development. He was a former director and President of Wuxi CR Semiconductor Wafer & Chips Ltd, which is a 6-inch wafer foundry using high-voltage analog technologies. Dr. CHEN has more than 18 years of semiconductor industrial experience. In addition, Dr. CHEN has worked at the Max Planck Institute for Microstructures in Germany as a visiting scientist, the Fraunhofer Institute of Integrated Circuits in Germany as a research fellow, and the Institute of Microelectronics of Peking University as an associate professor. Dr. CHEN received his Bachelor degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 1982, Master degree from Shaanxi Research Institute of Microelectronics in 1985, and PhD from Beijing Normal University.

Ms. WANG Pei Hui is a Deputy General Manager of the Company with overall responsibilities for the Company¡¯s Finance, Treasury & IT. Ms. WANG joined China Resources Group in September 1986 and was subsequently a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of China Resources Microelectronics (Holdings) Limited with overall responsibilities for its financial operations and information system set-up and management. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics with major in Industrial Accounting from the Northeast University of Finance and Economics, the PRC and an Executive Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of International Business and Economics with major in Executive Business Administration, the PRC. Since graduation, she has gained extensive experience in financial, investment, and information system management in Hong Kong and PRC companies.

Mr. Elvis DENG Mao-song is a Deputy General Manager of the Company with overall responsibilities for the Company¡¯s Foundry business. He is the President of CSMC Technologies Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Mr. DENG graduated from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan with a Bachelor of Science in engineering degree and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Management School of the National Taiwan University. Mr. DENG joined CSMC Technologies Corporation in August 2003 as Vice President of Administration and was appointed as Vice President of Marketing and Sales in April 2004. Mr. Deng has been designated to Chief Operating Officer of CSMC with effect from 14 February 2007. Mr. DENG has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and has extensive experiences in semiconductor industry and corporate management. Prior to joining CSMC, Mr. Deng was the co-founder and Vice President of Resources and Corporate Strategy of Ardentec Corporation, Taiwan and the Director of Liaison, Finance and Administration of Vanguard International Semiconductor-America, California, USA.

Mr. ZHAO Jiankun is a Deputy General Manager of the Company with overall responsibilities for the Company¡¯s IC Design business. He is the General Manager of Wuxi China Resources Semico Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. He joined the China Huajing Electronics Group Corporation in 1989 and has extensive experience in managing IC and discrete devices operations. Mr. Zhao holds a Master Degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology, Chengdu in 1989.

Mr. ZHAO Jiankun is a Deputy General Manager of the Company with overall responsibilities for the Company¡¯s IC Testing & Packaging business. Mr. ZHAO is the General Manager of Wuxi CR Micro-Assemb Tech. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. He joined the China Huajing Electronics Group Corporation in 1979 and has extensive experience in managing integrated circuits and discrete devices packaging operations. Mr. Zhang holds a Degree majoring in IC Processing from the Vocational College owned by the affiliated enterprise of the Institute of Ministry of Electronic Industries in 1984, and attended an advanced course of Administration Management at the Remin University of China from 2000 to 2002 and obtained his Master of Business Administration Degree from the Barrington University, the USA in 2004.

Mr. MA Weiqin is a Deputy General Manager of the Company with overall responsibilities for the Company¡¯s Discrete business. Mr. MA is the General Manager of Wuxi China Resources Huajing Microelectronics Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Physics with major in Semiconductor from the Nanjing University in 1987 and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Hong Kong Business Administration College in 2006. He was involved in semiconductor research & development since he joined China Huajing Electronics Group Corporation in 1987 and has extensive experience in manufacturing and business management of integrated circuits and discrete devices.
